We were out looking for a new office to set up for the studio and we met a realtor Lisa. She did not realize that we were so serious to look at the property and forgot to bring her keys. We looked around the outside and then started to talk to her telling her about the site. She was a bit in shock and then gave it a second idea. We offered her some extra cash and then she really liked the idea of making a movie.
